Call 911. Give Narcan if you have it.
Calling won't get you in trouble for using. Florida's Good Samaritan law says you can't be charged with drug possession, or violated on probation or parole, because of evidence found when you called for help for an overdose. That protects the person who calls and the person who overdosed.
